Hello My Fabulous Friend.

Let’s talk about image. Specifically, your image and how we can boost it to one that looks effortlessly mesmerizing.  If you were anything like me before I jumped into my world of… Fabulous. You are probably very comfortable in your frumpy wear. If you’ve read my book, “You Fabulous Woman” then you have a good idea of what I am talking about. Remember, I wasn’t always seen as some to admire. I used to be a total frump. Enough about me, we don’t have much time to get you transformed. Here are some sassy tips to create a comfortable, yet striking image on casual days. I want to try to ease you into this so it’s as painless as possible. Ready? Ok, here goes.

Hair

A fabulous woman’s hair always looks like she just stepped out of a salon. However, I totally understand that bad days happen to spectacular people also, therefore on these days I will suggest a cute newsboy hat or something to that affect. Make sure that you have a few ringlets hanging down to add finishing touches.

Shirt

The best shirt to wear on casual days is a tunic or cotton T with embellishments to add a hint of flair. Add a long necklace that hangs down the shirt to dress it up a notch and you are all set.

Pants

I am a woman who loves her jeans. Jeans are acceptable even in the Fabulous World, but not just any pair of jeans. You want to find your perfect pair of jeans. These jeans should hug every curve of your body. If those jeans could talk, they should be saying… Yow!!!! When you do find the perfect pair, be sure to buy them in every color they have. You also want to buy a couple of pair of your favorite color. This way, you won’t be worried if the designer chooses to change styles on you or happens to retire. This has happened to me on a number of occassions.

Shoes

Now, let’s talk about my favorite piece… Fabuous shoes. Every woman should have a closet full of every color and style of shoe, in her size. You shouldn’t need to worry about which pair to wear because you have your own shoe store right in the comforts of your house. To me, the best shoes to wear with a perfect pair of jeans and cutest of cute shirt are heals with a pointed toe. Your shoes don’t have to match the outfit, but you may want them to match your purse and be sure to wear a color that absolutely… POPS like candy apple red.

Image also consists of how you carry yourself. To make it short, be sure to practice your walk regularly, always have great posture and lastly… Smile!
